Анотація

Розглянуто схема-терапію Д. Янга і наративну психотерапію М. Уайта, а саме: теоретико-методологічні та філософські основи цих підходів; техніки психотерапевтичної роботи, що базуються на схожих теоретичних положеннях; спільнімеханізми, що можуть забезпечувати ефективність технік обох підходів. Також запропоновано шляхи можливої подальшої інтеграції схема-терапії та наративної психотерапії.
