У статті розглядається актуальність вдосконалення релізації гендерної політики в Україні. Проаналізовано механізми залучення жінок обіймати керівні посади. На прикладі Фінляднії показано, як участь жінок у суспільному житті забезпечується законодавчим шляхом.
