Соціально-психологічні особливості темпорального потенціалу лідерів соціальних проектів

Анотація

У статті розглядаються ключові соціально-психологічні особливості темпорального потенціалу лідерів соціальних проектів. Показано, що різним типам лідерства в соціальних проектах (спрямованим на дію, взаємодію і розвиток) імпліцитно притаманний відповідний темпоральний потенціал.
