Figuring relations of women's participation in activities of women's associations with demographic, socio-psychological and psychological factors

A psychological investigation model of women's involvement in activities of feminine non-government organizations is given in this article. The model includes demographic determinants, social behaviour determinants and psychological determinants as well. It is empirically clarified that higher education is a dominant among demographic determinants of women's involvement in feminine non-government organizations. And women's aspiration to diversify their life and to control trend of events in society is a leading social-psychological determinant. Furthermore, motivation determinants (unsatisfied self-expression needs, orientation on social values and pro-bono activities, success achievement, development and creative activity motives domination) as well as personal determinants (openness for a new knowledge and experience) are the main psychological determinants of women's involvement in public life.
