Поняття життєтворчості у сучасній психології

Вступ. Динаміка сучасного вітчизняного суспільно-політичного життя загострила чимало психологічних проблем, серед яких проблема функціонування особистості в умовах невизначеності та неперервної кризи. Зростає потреба в нових підходах до осмислення смисложиттєвих орієнтацій людини, її відповідальності за власне життя, процесів самоактуалізації й самореалізації в умовах воєнного стану. Проблема життєтворчості особистості в цьому контексті набуває нового значення, що знаходить відображення в сучасних психологічних підходах.
Методи. У дослідженні використано теоретико-методологічний аналіз літератури. Застосовано методи аналізу, синтезу, порівняння, узагальнення та систематизації з метою визначення змісту поняття життєтворчості та його інтерпретацій у різних психологічних напрямах.
Результати. Життєтворчість у психології трактується по-різному залежно від теоретичного підходу. У гуманістичній традиції (К. Роджерс, А. Маслоу) її трактують як процес самореалізації, побудови власного життєвого шляху, вільного вираження внутрішнього потенціалу. В екзистенційному підході (Р. Мей, В. Франкл) акцентують увагу на творчості як відповіді на екзистенційні кризи, як пошуку сенсу життя. Представники біхевіористичного та необіхевіористичного напрямів (А. Бандура) пояснюють життєтворчість через засвоєння моделей поведінки, вплив середовища та процес навчання. У психоаналітичній традиції (З. Фрейд, Ґ. Юнг, Ж. Лакан) життєтворчість розглядають як результат сублімації, інтеграції свідомого та несвідомого, подолання внутрішніх конфліктів. У сучасному вітчизняному науковому дискурсі життєвий шлях розглядається як індивідуальна траєкторія розвитку особистості, де визначальну роль відіграють сенси, цінності, рефлексія та суб'єктна активність. У дослідженнях українських учених (Є. Головаха, Н. Паніна, Т. Титаренко та ін.), насамперед, йдеться про життєтворчість як механізм адаптації до кризових обставин, про формування смисложиттєвих орієнтацій, розкриття внутрішнього потенціалу особистості.
Висновки. Життєтворчість – це інтегративне явище, яке охоплює активну, смислову діяльність людини щодо побудови власного життя в умовах викликів. У різних методологічних підходах дослідники розкривають її через поняття свободи, суб'єктності, цінностей, самореалізації, індивідуації, адаптації, сублімації. Вивчення життєтворчості особливо актуальне в умовах воєнного стану, коли особистість змушена перманентно ухвалювати нові рішення, переосмислювати пріоритети, мобілізувати свої психологічні ресурси.
