Психологічні основи мотивації до військової служби у контексті історичних змін

Вступ. Проблема мотивації бойової активності воїна є ключовою для військової психології та історичного розуміння поведінки людини у війні. Вона залежить від внутрішніх і зовнішніх чинників, що визначають моральний вибір, стійкість і взаємодію в бойових умовах. Сучасна гібридна війна в Україні підкреслює важливість мотивації для психологічної витривалості воїна.
Методи. У дослідженні використано такі методи теоретичного аналізу: контент-аналіз історичних і сучасних текстів про мотивацію; порівняльно-історичний аналіз еволюції мотивації між періодами; якісний аналіз / grounded theory (відкрите й осьове кодування); кількісний аналіз (Likert-формат опитувань).
Результати. Вважалося, що до початку XXI ст. великі міждержавні війни з їхньою ідеологією, патріотизмом і правилами ведення війни / jus in bello поступилися місцем гібридним конфліктам. Однак сучасна російсько-українська війна довела, що масштабні війни не втратили актуальності. Питання мотивації воїна, яке змінювалося від честі й слави в античності, через релігійні обов'язки середньовіччя до ідеології та згуртованості в ХХ ст., сьогодні знову в центрі уваги. Сучасні дослідження акцентують на таких чинниках, як ідентичність, цінності служіння та психологічна готовність. Ретроспективний аналіз дозволяє краще зрозуміти, заради чого люди йдуть на війну та як підтримати моральний дух у нових умовах гібридної загрози.
Висновки. Ретроспективний аналіз мотивації воїна в різні історичні епохи демонструє трансформацію сенсів участі у війні – від античної доблесті, середньовічного релігійного обов'язку та модерної дисципліни до багатофакторної, усвідомленої мотивації XXI ст. У сучасному українському контексті спостерігаємо зростання внутрішньої мотивації, заснованої на особистій відповідальності, моральному виборі та національній ідентичності; посилену роль бойової згуртованості й психологічної підтримки; усвідомлення служби як дії в межах цивілізаційного вибору. Усе це робить мотивацію українського воїна не лише адаптивною реакцією, а рушієм історичної боротьби за свободу, гідність і місце в європейському світі.
