Professional thinking: the mechanism for successful/unsuccessful socialization of specialist

Abstract

The article carried out analysis of the role of professional thinking expert in the course of his socialization. States that the definition of the es- sence of professional thinking specialist should be based on the principles of systemic, social and personal conditioning, nonlinear dynamics, professional determination, unity of activity and mental activity, coherence, priority productive type of mental activity. According to the provisions author integrative thought-activity approach under the expert's professional thinking understand super complexity, integrative, poliprocedural and polisystem phenomenon; a special kind of thinking, which provides a solution to the problems of his professional activity and professional development, operates on object-oriented, action-oriented and methodological levels through multi-level reflection.

Objective level of professional thinking specialist determines the direction of thinking on the problematic professional situation; its main characteristics are concreteness the specific character of generalizations, polisystem, efficiency and others. The subject the second level is the activity of a specialist which receives a property problematical. This level of thinking is becoming more explicitly articulated in the context of pronouncing himself, internal dialogue, loses specificity and speed of update knowledge. The third level is the methodological thinking, the subject of which is specialist's mental activity. The global mechanism of transition to the activity subject and methodological level of professional thinking is a reflection. That it provides a specialist new schemes of professional activity and development.
